MSP Tin Sales Up To 74 Percent in 2021

JAKARTA – PT Mitra Stania Prima (MSP), a company under Arsari Tambang, recorded production of 3,093 tons of tin throughout 2021. Arsari Tambang’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Aryo Djojohadikusumo said the company’s net sales in 2021 will increase with the price of precious metals.

“Net sales increased by 74 percent compared to last year due to the increase in world tin commodity prices”, said Aryo in Jakarta, Thursday, October 6.

According to him, the company’s tin sales are carried out on the tin market at the Jakarta Futures Exchange with the export destinations being dominated by Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Aryo said mining activities were carried out in the Mapur Block, Cit Village, Bangka Regency, and the Kepuh & Pengyak Block in Central Bangka Regency.

“MSP’s exploration activities in 2021 cover an area of ​​234 hectares and have drilled 27,774 meters at 979 points”, said Aryo.
